The Junior Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, developing relationships with prospects, and assisting in setting up sales calls/demos for the Senior Sales Executives to close. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience in working with various BPO companies is required.
  • Experience in customer/client support is a plus.
  • A proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a BPO sales position or a related field is required.
  • Communication: Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • A working knowledge of the sales process and various CRM software is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software tools is expected.
  • The ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty is important.

Requirements:

  • Remote | Philippine-wide
  • Full-time Graveyard Shift
  • 5 days a week, 2 days off, rdot when needed
  • Salary for this position will depend on the candidate's level of qualifications and experience.
  • For permanent position.
  • Not presently employed by another company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify senior business leaders as potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other methods.
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives to close deals with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Maintain the client database to ensure the Senior Sales Executive team can access current information on all leads.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on client trends and needs.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction.
