We distribute our products through both wholesale channels, working with major specialized and multi-brand retailers, and through retail operations, including shop-in-shops within leading department stores.
In practical terms, if you purchase children's apparel (ages 0–7 for Nike and ages 0–16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store or online, in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product has most likely passed through our hands—even if purchased directly from an official Nike or Levi’s store.
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Junior Sales Associate in Hilversum.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Sales Associate to join our D-Group sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their career in sales. You will play a key role in keeping the sales operation running smoothly from accurate order processing and order book management through to proactive customer follow-up and supporting the creation of sales materials.
Order Processing & Administration
Accurately enter customer orders into the system in a timely manner.
Maintain and manage the order book, ensuring all orders are tracked and up to date.
Liaise with internal teams (CS, supply chain, finance, warehouse, planning and merch) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Handle order amendments, cancellations, and queries efficiently and professionally.
Organizing samples requests and follow-up to ensure on-time sample deliveries.
Sales Support & Customer Follow-Up
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers to identify reorder opportunities and generate incremental revenue.
Support the wider sales team with quotes, proposals, and customer correspondence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our sales force system.
Analyzing Sales data through internal platforms.
Assist in identifying and flagging sales opportunities to senior members of the team.
Catalogue & Marketing Support
Assist with the creation and updating of product catalogues and sales materials.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information is accurate and current.
Support the preparation of presentations, price lists, and promotional materials as required.
General Sales Administration
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
Assist with reporting, data entry, and sales performance tracking.
Help coordinate meetings, sample requests, and customer appointments.
Handle incoming sales enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL:
Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
Confident communicator — comfortable making outbound calls and building customer relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment.
A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Mobility, as we will ask you to travel occasionally for work, (mainland Europe)
DESIRABLE:
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or admin role.
Experience using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce or similar) and sales analytics (e.g. SPS)
An interest in developing a career in sales.
Experience with catalogue or product data management.
