We are looking for an analytical Junior Risk Analyst which would be skilled in identifying potential risks, conducting thorough research, and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.

Your day-to-day:

• Perform due diligence and risk assessments, research and analyze KYC elements

• Own product usage monitoring and ensure compliance with company policies

• Perform payment risk assessments

• Work with various teams to establish processes to prevent incidents

• Analyze and prevent possible fraud cases

• Support team colleagues in daily tasks.

Your skills & experience:

• Some experience in KYC/Compliance/Risk area.
• Have a general sense of risk management principles
• Strong analytical thinking, “can-do” attitude and client-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work well under uncertainty and a ability to work independently.
• Proactive approach while performing tasks, good communication skills, and hunger to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Lithuanian)

VERY NICE TO HAVE REQUIREMENTS (This part will be used for job ad):
• Experience working with Payment Processors and payment reviews would be considered an advantage
• Previous Data Visualisation software (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc) experience
• Previous experience in customer support.

Our Salary & Work Benefits Package:

• Gross salary: 1900 - 2700 EUR/month. This position provides a fixed base only. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
