
As a Junior Retail Campaigns Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to inspire our customers daily. This involves supporting our Retail Campaigns Managers by closely collaborating with suppliers to bring the most exciting products to our beautifully curated Retail Campaigns page and daily Newsletter. This position is permanent and located in Munich
Collaborate closely with suppliers to collect all relevant product data, ensuring every campaign is built on high-quality content and a compelling product selection
Continuously review and optimize campaign quality to create inspiring shopping experiences that delight our customers
Take ownership of campaign excellence by overseeing product setup, descriptions, sorting, and content, always striving to maximize commercial performance
Actively collaborate across the Retail Campaigns team, sharing insights, best practices, and new ideas to continuously raise the bar
Stay curious about design trends, emerging brands, and customer preferences, proactively identifying new opportunities and bringing fresh ideas to the team
Support Retail Campaign Managers in delivering outstanding campaigns from concept to execution
A Bachelor's degree or recognised commercial qualification in the field of business administration, communication, retail business or related fields; previous experience in a relevant field is a plus
Strong affinity for e-commerce, Home & Living, and Design
Attentiveness to detail and accurate work ethic; diligent, organised and responsible way of working as well as hands-on mentality
A proactive mindset with a hands-on approach and the ability to see projects through to completion
Solid MS Office skills; especially Excel
Fluency in German and English
