Are you looking for an opportunity to grow in people operations, staffing coordination, and resource management within the IT industry? We are looking for a Junior Resource Manager who enjoys working with people, data, and operational processes to join our team.

At Sigma Software, you will collaborate with Resource Managers, Delivery Managers, Recruiters, and employees to support staffing activities, reporting processes, and employee lifecycle operations.

You will contribute to staffing coordination, employee data management, reporting, onboarding support, and operational resource management activities. The position combines communication, coordination, analytics, and process support responsibilities aimed at ensuring efficient people-related operations.

• Support resource management and staffing activities across multiple competency pools
• Maintain and update employee databases, staffing trackers, and resource allocation reports
• Prepare and update employee CVs according to business requests
• Support interview coordination and interviewer management processes
• Track probation periods and support adaptation activities for new employees
• Participate in onboarding follow-ups and feedback activities
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytics related to staffing and resource utilization
• Maintain accurate employee-related information across internal systems
• Coordinate follow-ups with employees, managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders
• Support Resource Managers in operational and administrative activities
• Identify data inconsistencies and ensure information accuracy
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting automation initiatives

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in coordination, HR support, recruiting support, staffing support, or similar roles
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Good analytical skills and confidence working with data, trackers, and dashboards
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of HR and people-related processes, including onboarding, adaptation, probation period, and feedback cycles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work carefully with employee-related and staffing-related information
• Ability to coordinate follow-ups across multiple stakeholders
• High level of empathy, tact, and discretion
• Experience working with dashboards, Power BI, or reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and deadlines
• Ability to keep information structured, accurate, and up to date
• Upper-Intermediate

• Experience in IT outsourcing or outstaffing environments
• Experience working with HR systems, ATS, ERP, or internal reporting tools
• Experience with Power BI
• Experience supporting process automation initiatives
