The main objectives of the NLA are to conduct multidisciplinary basic and/or applied scientific research in the life sciences, energy, interdisciplinary and other fields of science, as well as activities to establish scientific laboratory, experimental bases, centers, institutes for the development and implementation of scientific, scientific and technical, educational programs and training of specialists.
- Conducts scientific research and development on
individual cases (stages, tasks) of the topic as a
responsible executor or jointly with a scientific
supervisor, carries out simple experiments and
observations;
- collects, processes, analyses and generalizes
scientific and technical information, advanced
domestic and foreign experience, results of
experiments and observations;
- participates in drawing up plans and methodological
programs of research and development, practical
recommendations on the use of their results;
- prepare reports (sections of the report) on the topic
or its section (stage, task);
- participates in the implementation of research and
development results;
- publishes scientific papers based on the results of the
work;
- actively participates in scientific seminars, speaks at
them both with original reports and with review reports
on the topics of research conducted by his/her
supervising staff;
- regularly reports the results of his/her work at
scientific meetings and conferences.
Work experience in the specialty for at least 3 years. In the presence of an academic degree, completion of
doctoral studies and internship without any requirements for length of service. Experience in conducting research projects and preparing scientific articles is welcomed. Higher professional education (Maste`s degree) in the field of scientific laboratory activity. Experience in conducting research projects and preparing scientific articles is welcomed.
Fluent English is required, good command in Kazakh and/or Russian. Ability to work in a team, high level of learning ability, responsibility. PC software skills (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office).
