of the Role

The purpose of this role is to provide recruitment assistance to the Principal – Talent Advisory. The Junior Recruitment Consultant will support clients by offering recruitment consulting and comprehensive support services.

Major Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media)
• Assist with screening resume and conducting initial phone screens with candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Update and maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
• Build talent pools for clients who regularly recruit the same/similar roles

Requirements

• Graduate with a bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or Psychology.
• A background in supportive administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
