How You'll Contribute

• Learning the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
• Reaching out to candidates and clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Writing and posting compelling job ads
• Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Working with senior consultants on live roles and projects
• Learning sales techniques and client management strategies

What Were Looking For:

• A genuine interest in recruitment, consulting, and sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivation to hit targets and achieve results
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's degree (any field) or relevant experience in customer service, sales, or HR is a bonus not a must.
