We are looking for junior recruiters for our office in Bucharest!

We want someone ambitious, perseverant, with a little experience and with the following musts:

• High level of communication skills you will talk a lot on phone and video calls (sometimes f2f interviews)
• Very organized style of work you will handle multiple candidates sourcing platforms;
• Eagerness to learn on continuous basis your candidates are learning continuously and so should you
• Very flexible and objective oriented behavior in relation with peopleyou need to make them trust you and find your projects attractive
• Joyful and pleasant presencebare in mind: you need to attract and recruit! low profile easy to forget voices and appearances will give you little help or not at all.
• Be curious about your job! Always!it will help grow much faster!
• Of course, since you read and comprehend this JD, advanced level of English language knowledge
• Computer must be a friendly aid for you, not an unpleasant alliance

Working in a fast growing company, amongst young colleagues, you will have to perform recruiting for IT and other withe collar roles. Basically, in order to perform, you need to gain trust, establish good relations with your candidates, present yourself as a professional who could help them, if not with current projects, than with later on ones.
