Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Outreach
Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, referrals, and outbound messaging
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
Build and nurture relationships with prospects, ensuring ongoing communication
Candidate Screening
Conduct initial phone screens, evaluating candidates against role requirements
Assess candidates for culture fit, communication abilities, and motivation
Move qualified candidates efficiently through each stage of the interview process
Pipeline & Process Management
Track all candidates using CRM and recruiting systems
Schedule interviews and coordinate with leadership
Ensure timely follow-up so candidates are not lost in the process
Recruiting Support
Learn and apply best recruiting practices from experienced leadership
Monitor and record key metrics, such as calls made, interviews conducted, and hires
What We’re Looking For
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with keen attention to detail
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable making outbound calls and establishing rapport with new contacts
Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Preferred Skills
Experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting
Familiarity with CRM systems or applicant tracking tools
Interest in recruiting, HR, or business operations
