Ibex is seeking a resourceful, energetic and articulate Junior Recruiter who will be part of a high performing Talent Acquisition team responsible for sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing and hiring the right talent for high-volume agent recruitment needs across various lines of business and hiring profiles within IBEX. The ideal Junior Recruiter executes recruitment strategies daily, including but not limited to brand advocacy, advertising, community partnerships and social networking. The Junior Recruiter also partners with Recruiting Manager to facilitate large-scale recruitment activities.
