Job Description

We are looking for a remote Junior Recruiter to join our team, focused on sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top-tier creative talent to support the company’s mission of delivering exceptional design services. This role will manage global hiring processes, develop strategies to attract and engage top professionals, and help foster a positive work culture to ensure long-term success.
As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and securing highly skilled designers and creatives, ensuring the company continues to thrive as a leading remote design agency.
  Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Colombia time)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a creative agency or global hiring environment
  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring creative professionals across multiple regions
  • Experience working with international talent pools and understanding different hiring markets and cultural nuances
  • Strong proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job posting tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
