We’ve brought together a world-class team from a wide range of industries. As we continue to expand, we need brilliant people (like you!) to help bring the Townhouse brand to life across the world.

Our values

Here at Townhouse, we live by our three core values;

-Passionate in everything we do

-Nice people

Townhouse was born out of the idea that ‘details matter’ - our customers strive for perfection in the details, and so do we. Our passion fuels our work and drives constant innovation. Finally, we pride ourselves on finding nice, kind-hearted people to join our mission to revolutionise the industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Junior Recruiter, you'll play a key role in keeping our salons fully staffed by driving candidates efficiently through the hiring funnel. This is initially a 3 month Fixed Term contract with potential to extend. You'll be responsible for hitting weekly hours targets, during our peak season, keeping vacancy rates low and making sure every candidate has a great experience from application to first day.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your recruitment career in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, where you'll get hands-on experience with candidate engagement and hitting real, measurable hiring targets that directly impact the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hit weekly targets for hours and booked skills assessments to keep vacancy rates low across your salon patch
  • Screen applications and conduct initial candidate calls to assess suitability
  • Book candidates in for skills assessments and trials, coordinating diaries with salon teams
  • Deliver timely, constructive feedback to candidates at every stage of the process
  • Proactively chase and re-engage candidates to keep them moving through the pipeline and minimise drop-off
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, delivering a warm, professional and engaging experience throughout
  • Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the ATS, tracking progress against targets
  • Support with pre-employment checks, document retrieval and onboarding tasks to get new hires ready to start

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a recruitment, resourcing or scheduling/coordination role (agency or in-house)
  • Comfortable working towards weekly targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident picking up the phone, screening and engaging candidates
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and able to juggle multiple candidates/diaries at once
  • Proactive, resilient and motivated by hitting numbers
  • Excellent communication skills with a genuine, candidate-focused approach
  • Experience using an ATS or scheduling system
