We are looking for a Junior R2R Analyst – General Ledger & Reporting to join our finance team. In this role, you will perform end‑to‑end Record to Report activities for less complex entities, ensuring accurate accounting, timely closing, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role offers hands‑on responsibilities with opportunities to grow into more complex scopes over time. You may have opportunity to take part in the transition and stabilization of Record‑to‑Report processes into our newly established SSC.
As the role is part of a transition environment, hands-on experience in transition or migration projects is considered a valuable asset.
Work location: Łódź, city center
Hybrid model: 3 days in the office
Perform R2R activities for assigned, less complex entities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
Review Balance Sheet and P&L accounts, including inventory accounting
Perform Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Reconcile intercompany transactions and confirm balances with counterparties
Prepare standard analytical reports
Maintain R2R master data for assigned entities
Maintain fixed asset records in SAP
Perform bank statement reconciliations and investigate differences
Support audit activities by providing documentation and explanations
Cooperate with local finance, SSC departments and other stakeholders
Working closely with experienced RTR professionals
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards (IFRS), and company policies
Identify improvement opportunities within standard R2R processes
Ensure complete and accurate documentation of R2R processes
Education degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification
Experience in Record to Report / General Ledger accounting
Background in a Shared Service Center, outsourcing, or industry environment is an advantage
Good understanding of core accounting processes
Basic knowledge of IFRS
Familiarity with SAP and MS Office tools
Detail‑oriented, reliable, and well organized
Good communication skills with a positive, collaborative mindset
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
Willingness to learn and develop in an international environment
Strong team player with a proactive approach to problem solving
Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to take on increasing responsibilities
