Job Description

• Local Interior Design company
• Location: Central East
• 5 days work week, 9am to 6pm
• Salary: up to $3,000

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
• Support in evaluating contractor quotations and procurement activities.
• Help monitor project costs, budgets, and progress claims
• Measure and verify quantities of materials and work done
  on-site.
• Assist in preparing interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts
• Maintain proper documentation and cost records
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers
  to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field.
• Candidate without working experience is welcomed to apply
• Basic understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and costing
  preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of AutoCAD or cost estimation software is an advantage.
• Good numerical, analytical, and communication
  skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
  or as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  in a project environment.
