Job Description: Carry out all aspects of works related to quantity surveying which includes taking off measurement and monthly progress claim Price comparison and prepare subcontract agreement Cost estimation and payment response to subcontractor Call quotation and sub-contract procurement Handle pre and post contract administration Handle and follow up progress claims, progress certifications, variation orders and settlement of final account with main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
Job Requirement: Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College Preferably 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
