Role: Junior Quantity Surveyor
Client: Leading Residential Developer
Essentials: 2–3 years’ post-graduate experience with a PQS or contractor (in Ireland or the UK); strong IT skills (Cubit, CostX, Excel).
Location: West Dublin (onsite role)
Salary: €45,000 – €55,000
Package: Annual bonus and salary reviews, pension, health insurance, life assurance, income protection, employee profit-sharing scheme, travel schemes and more
Progression: Clear pathway to Project Quantity Surveyor as experience and skills develop
Reporting into: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Our client, a well-established residential developer, is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in West Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious QS to gain hands-on experience across residential and mixed-use developments, while working closely with senior management to build the skills needed for career progression.
