We’relooking for a Junior Quality Engineer to join our Quality Team in Chihuahua. In this role,you’llensure compliance with and continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systemin accordance withISO 9001 standards within the production area.You’llwork closely with [key partners/teams] tomaintainquality documentation, follow up on quality activities, and support continuous improvement projects. This is an opportunity to contribute to the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and quality performance within the production area.

WHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN

• Follow up on scrap reports to support quality monitoring within the production area.

• Record and store rework generated in the area tomaintainaccuratequality records.

• Maintain and archive raw material certificates to support documentation and traceability.

• Track continuous improvement projects to support progress and completion.

• Follow up on and release raw materials for the areain accordance withapplicable quality requirements.

• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Industrial Engineering degree or related field.

• 1 year of experience in a similar position.

• Advanced Englishproficiency

• Experience using measurement equipment.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

• Experience conducting audits.

• Basic statistical knowledge.

• Project management experience.

• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.

COMPENSATION
