Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior QA to join our IT team. The successful candidate will assist in testing software applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring the overall quality of our products. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, defects, and inconsistencies in software applications.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to resolve issues.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for mobile and web applications using Python.
• Utilize Appium (mobile) and Selenium (web) for automation testing in line with the internal Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) framework.
• Assist in writing and maintaining automated test scripts using Python.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and stand-up meetings.
• Conduct usability testing to enhance user experience.
• Support the QA team in ensuring compliance with company and industry quality standards.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of testing processes and results on Clonfluence.
• Manage and track testing activities and defects using Jira.
