We're looking for a Junior QA Specialist!

We will entrust you with:

• Designing, developing, and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts

• Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

• Identifying, recording, documenting, and tracking bugs using tracking systems

• Collaborating with developers and product owners to understand requirements and provide timely feedback

• Participating in requirement reviews and provide input on requirements, design, and potential problems

• Conducting post-release/post-implementation testing

• Investigating customer problems referred by the development team

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester or similar role

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

• Experience with issue tracking tools

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Good English skills both spoken and written

Not a must but nice to have:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes

• Familiarity with automated testing tools

• Knowledge of performance and/or security testing
