We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior QA Document Controller to join our quality team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to grow in the field of Quality Management Systems and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards.

📍 Location: New Cairo – First Settlement
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
• Support the implementation of quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Monitor quality-related activities and report any deviations or improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function.
• Ensure proper document control practices such as version control, review, and distribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Document Control.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 or other QMS standards is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
