We are looking for a Junior Quality Assurance (QA) candidate to join our team. Prior experience is not required, but the candidate must be able to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual interested in building a career in garment quality assurance, especially in sweater production

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in inspecting sweater samples, in-process production, and finished garments to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Support senior QA staff in documenting inspection results and preparing basic reports
• Coordinate with production teams and follow up on quality-related tasks
• Learn and apply inspection techniques under the guidance of experienced QA personnel
• Participate in on-site visits to factories for production follow-ups and inspections

Main Requirements:

• Strong interest in garment production and quality assurance

• Good communication skills in Mandarin Chinese (spoken) and basic English (spoken & written)

• Willingness to learn AQL standards and garment inspection procedures

• Responsible, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and a team player
