Join Our Purchase Requsition Services Team and Steer Towards Excellence!

Your Responsibilities:
Precision in Process: Manage and process purchase requisitions with meticulous attention to detail.
SAP Expertise: Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP (module MM), ensuring smooth workflow to the final purchase order.
Procurement Verification: Assess procurement needs, delivery performance, and determine commissioning requirements.
Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders via email and telephone to ensure seamless operations.
Order Coordination: Collaborate with Supply Management and Purchasing (IPS) during escalations or deviations, actively track orders, and ensure swift cycle times.
Guideline Development: Support the creation of work instructions and guidelines for purchase requisitions.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements (CIP) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience: Initial experience in Customer Service, Procurement, or Finance.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. SAP knowledge is a plus.
Language Skills: Good knowledge of German (minimum B2) and communicative English (B1).
Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude.
