Job Description

Support in Direct Procurement during M3 implementation

Main responsibilities:

• Create, process, and monitor purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and purchasing records.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and invoice discrepancies.
• Support supplier communication and relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely procurement.
• Support on verification and reconciliation of purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Information to suppliers if any claim or incidence.
• Demand planning for raw materials and ingredients
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Qualification and experience:

• Training or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement, or administrative role.
• Experience using ERP systems
• Use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
• Fluent in English, Spanish - additional languages are an advantage.
