Role: Junior Block Manager

Client: Award-Winning Residential Property Management Team

Essentials: 1+ years of experience in a similar role, PSRA D Licence, Full Driving Licence & Personal Vehicle

Location: Central Dublin based office

Salary: €40,000 - €45,000

Reporting to: Senior Property Manager

We are working with a steadily and continuously growing PRS Management firm who pride themselves on being there when needed by clients and tenants and maintaining a high-level of service no matter the situation. They enjoy regular team activities and bonding throughout the year which has resulted in high-retention and allowed them to continue the great work they do.

• Oversee the management of institutionally owned residential developments, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Implement and monitor planned preventative maintenance schedules with the assistance of a dedicated Block PPM Co-Ordinator.
• Manage reactive maintenance requests and coordinate necessary works.
• Oversee budget preparation, expenditure tracking, and financial management.
• Engage with and manage contractors, ensuring the delivery of cost-effective, high-quality services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain compliance with property standards.
• Assist with insurance claims and renewals.
• Liaise with Tenancy Managers to enforce House Rules and address any breaches professionally.
• Monitor energy consumption and support sustainability initiatives.
• Liaise directly with clients and prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports as required.
