Job

Summary: As the Junior Property Manager, you play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our properties assisting in maintaining tenant relations, leasing activities, and property upkeep. This role offers hands-on experience in property management and a pathway to grow within the real estate industry.

Job Responsibilities: including but not limited to
- Regularly communicates with tenants to address needs and resolve issues.
- Manages property operations, including budget development, work order tracking, invoice coding and approval, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Handles occasional commercial leasing, issuing letters of intent and negotiating leases.
- Ensures tenant retention through excellent customer service, timely rent collection, and enforcement of the collections process.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of leases and ensures compliance by both tenants and management personnel.
- Upholds property rules and regulations, serving as a liaison between maintenance and tenants to address maintenance requests effectively.
Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- CAM License or willingness to obtain.
- At least 2 years experience in property management industry preferred.
- Must have experience in finance and leasing with the ability to be trained in property management of commercial properties.
- High proficiency with personal computers and MS Office including Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner suitable for interaction with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and maintain effective working relationships with tenants, co-workers and management team.
