About the role:

As a Junior Promotion Operations Officer, you will be an integral part of the BID Operations team, ensuring the efficient execution of promotional activities and providing excellent support to both clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing promotion-related inquiries, coordinating logistics, and utilizing technical platforms to maintain operational smoothness. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced, bilingual environment. Your efforts will contribute directly to enhancing client experiences and driving the success of our promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review promotion applications to ensure eligibility criteria are met.
  • Set up client accounts in accordance with promotion requirements.
  • Coordinate with the promotional gift logistics team on procurement status and tracking.
  • Engage with stakeholders by providing advice on promotion details and addressing inquiries.
  • Efficiently resolve or escalate unresolved promotion-related issues.
  • Collaborate with front-office teams to handle promotion-related inquiries effectively.
  • Oversee the use of technical tools and platforms, including the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply information efficiently.
  • A team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills are an advantage).
