In South East Asia, we are a leading power sector consulting engineering company executing our regional consultancy and engineering assignments from our power sector consulting offices in Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Hanoi, Singapore, Pune, Noida and Taipei. In total, we have multinational staff of more than 500 working in power generation field in Asia.

In line with our increasing business, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager- Solar and Battery to manage Solar and Battery project in the Manila.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules for solar PV and battery farm projects

• Support planning activities using tools such as MS Project / Primavera P6 / Excel

• Track project progress against baseline schedules and highlight delays or risks

• Support look-ahead planning and weekly/monthly progress updates

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams

• Support communication with subcontractors, vendors, and site teams

• Assist in organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, and issuing minutes

• Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated

Reporting & Monitoring

• Prepare regular project progress reports, dashboards, and planning summaries

• Monitor key milestones, deliverables, and interfaces between solar and BESS scopes

• Assist in tracking variations, risks, and mitigation actions

HSE & Quality Support

• Support implementation of HSE and quality requirements on site

• Assist in ensuring project activities comply with local regulations and client standards

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, planning, or scheduling

• Experience with solar PV and/or battery energy storage projects is highly preferred

• Exposure to renewable energy construction projects in the Philippines is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of project planning and scheduling

• Experience using MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools

• Strong Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and progress monitoring

• Understanding of solar PV and BESS project lifecycle is a plus
