Paul Davis of the Treasure Coast – Port St. Lucie OfficePaul Davis of the Treasure Coast is seeking a motivated and driven Junior Project Manager (male or female) to join our growing team in Port St. Lucie. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a management career with strong growth potential. About the Role:

• 60% field work / 40% office work
• Conduct job-site visits and understand project conditions
• Update project software and communicate with Project Managers and office staff
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with Symbility, Xactimate, and RMS
• Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• High personal standards and pride in your work
• Strong honesty, communication skills, and work ethic
• Desire to grow into a Project Manager and Senior PM within 2 years
• Bilingual is a plus (English required)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary: $50,000–$58,000 (based on experience and fit)
• Incentives available
• Health benefits after 90-day probation period
• Car allowance after 30 days plus mileage/gas reimbursement
