Your tasks will include
Collection and Viewing - Supervising and managing on-site pick-up and viewing days to ensure smooth operations.
- Organizing external service providers, such as those handling pick-ups, cleaning, and scrapping.
- Handling on-site difficulties and resolving escalations as they arise to ensure efficient workflows.
- Delivering lots to buyers and creating a positive customer journey.
- Ensuring on-site safety by supervising protocols and adherence to regulations.
- Organizing pre- and post-sales processes, including the handling of credits.
Preparation and Cataloging of Content- Create and organize the content of lots, prioritizing which items come first and how to group them effectively.
- Enhancing auctions by adding relevant details, such as engaging titles and specific descriptions like forklift availability.
- Time spent on activities will be assessed and optimized, with your input shaping marketing and sales strategies.
- Monitoring the photographing and description of lots will ensure accuracy and establish effective auction dynamics, including estimated values.
That’s what we are expecting of you
- Previous work experience as a Sales Technician or Project Manager in industry or a related field is a plus, but not a must have. If you have completed a relevant degree, you are a suitable candidate for this position.
- In addition to native Spanish, work proficiency in spoken and written English is required, while proficiency in an additional European language is considered a plus.
- A solid understanding of machines and manufacturing industry.
- An affinity for IT systems and technology is essential to adapt to the role’s technical demands.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
