You have gained first experience in international project management and want to take responsibility for exciting customer projects? Then you’re in the right place! At our team in Rotterdam, you will work on implementing demanding projects in protection and control technology for high- and medium-voltage switchgear. Together with our worldwide customers and external partners, you will ensure smooth project execution - both technically and commercially. With your expertise and commitment, you will actively contribute to shaping sustainable and efficient solutions for the energy supply and transmission of tomorrow.

How you’ll make an impact

  • You take responsibility for local and international projects in the field of substation automation
  • Your projects include medium- and high-voltage switchgear, wind farms (onshore/offshore), industrial plants, hydro and solar installations, as well as railway and metro power supplies
  • You manage your projects independently - from sales handover to on-site commissioning
  • You coordinate international teams in engineering, production, testing, and commissioning
  • You act as the central point of contact and ensure open, proactive communication with all stakeholders
  • You ensure the successful execution of customer orders—including contractual and commercial responsibility
  • A Technical Project Manager supports you with technical topics

Your background

  • You want to actively contribute to making the power supply more sustainable and efficient
  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering and experience in industrial or infrastructure projects
  • You have first experience in project management and can lead international, distributed teams
  • A project management certification (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PMP) is an advantage
  • You demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
  • You are decisive, hands-on, and lead with team spirit
  • You are familiar with change and claim management
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently, both written and spoken
