Keyrus are searching for an ambitious Junior Project Manager - EPM Implementation with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team in Asia.
Who You Are:
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, or enterprise application support.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
Strong interest in project management and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions such as Anaplan.
Basic understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting, or business analysis processes is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and enthusiastic about working with new technologies.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment.
Willingness to learn Anaplan platform administration, support processes, and project delivery methodologies.
Anaplan certification or exposure to Anaplan is a plus.
Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or similar platforms is a plus.
Willing to travel for work occasionally and collaborate in a multi-cultural environment.
What You Will Do:
A hybrid role where you will split your time between supporting the delivery of EPM implementation projects and contributing to the Anaplan Center of Excellence, combining project coordination, documentation, stakeholder follow-up, user support, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
Project Management Support (50%):
Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities across multiple initiatives.
Assist in maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and assisting in creation of project documentation including notes, process flows, and more.
Monitor project progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Coordinate workshops, track action items, and support communication between internal teams and clients through stakeholder management.
Help identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Support project reporting, status updates, and governance activities.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and delivery teams during Anaplan implementation projects.
Ensure project documentation is organized and maintained according to internal standards.
Anaplan CoE Support (50%):
Manage the day-to-day support for Anaplan models and business users under the Center of Excellence (CoE).
Track the troubleshooting of issues, data validation, and model maintenance activities.
Support user access management, testing activities, and system monitoring.
Work with delivery teams to manage the effort, timeline, and client expectations.
Assist in the preparation of training materials, user guides, and process documentation for Anaplan users.
Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing activities with end-users.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices for CoE processes and governance.
Maintain high quality weekly reporting for internal and external purposes.
