Junior Project Manager | Monsey, NY · $25–35/hour

About the Role: This role helps oversee construction projects from start to finish, working alongside the project management team to keep things on time and on budget. The Junior Project Manager supports day-to-day coordination, tracks resources, and keeps clients and contractors in the loop as projects move forward. It's a great fit for someone organized who wants to grow their project management experience in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Help develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and help ensure timelines and quality standards are met
• Use construction management software for project tracking and reporting

Logistics & Coordination

• Handle order processing, tracking logs, and monitor ship dates
• Coordinate deliveries and installations

Team & Client Communication

• Support and coordinate with project teams to help deliver projects on time and within budget
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to provide updates and address issues promptly

Qualifications

• Good time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
