PMO Support - Provide general administrative and coordination support to the PMO function:

  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and status reports.
  • Support governance meetings, packs, minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Provide reporting, administration and day-to-day project delivery support.
  • Help improve processes, controls and ways of working.

Change & Release Support - Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Change & Release function:

  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of Change & Release activities.
  • Maintain release schedules, milestones, trackers and documentation.
  • Coordinate change requests through governance and approval processes.
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions relating to releases.
  • Liaise with technical and test teams to ensure deployment readiness.
  • Support release meetings, stakeholder communications and status reporting.
  • Support post-release reviews, lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Key Skills

  • 2 Years + experience
  • Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including concise reporting.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and strong teamwork skills.
  • Proactive, persistent and comfortable following up actions.
  • Good problem-solving skills with a calm, adaptable approach.
  • Knowledge of PM tools (MS Project) desirable.
  • Understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery beneficial
