Job Description

Your Impact at Browzwear

As a Junior Project Manager at Browzwear, you will play a key role in ensuring customer projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard of quality. You will act as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and freelancers—bringing clarity to requirements, structure to execution, and confidence to our customers. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, delivery efficiency, and the overall quality of Browzwear assets.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate and support the delivery of customer projects, managing timelines, milestones, and dependencies

Maintain project tracking in Jira and prepare clear weekly status updates for internal and external stakeholders

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, communicating progress, timelines, scope, and risks proactively

Collect, structure, and verify project requirements; translate creative and technical inputs into actionable task lists

Guide customers through required inputs and review materials to ensure completeness and alignment with Browzwear standards

Conduct first-pass quality checks on deliverables, ensuring documentation, metadata, and assets are complete and consistent

Collaborate closely with internal teams and freelancers by providing clear briefs, deadlines, and checklists

Track progress, resolve blockers, facilitate regular syncs, and ensure smooth handoffs across teams

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Project Management, Business, Design, Technology, or a related field

Experience

1 to 3 years of experience in a project management or project coordination role

Experience working with creative and technical teams

Exposure to 3D content pipelines, gaming, fashion tech, design production, or similar environments is a plus

Skills

Basic understanding of 3D workflows and asset pipelines (preferred)

Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills

Ability to work effectively with structure, including templates, boards, and checklists

Clear, concise communicator, especially when translating ambiguous customer input into actionable steps

Comfortable leading customer calls and managing expectations

Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable

Ability to manage multiple feedback loops while maintaining clarity and momentum
