Job Title: Junior Project Finance Controller

Job Location: Warsaw, Poland

Main Responsibilities:

1. Monitor activities and generate reports - Monitor and evaluate each step of a project to ensure that it meets budget and KPIs. You will report project operation results to addressing all aspects of project development and completion. Fully support your director to make decision.

2. Oversee budget and forecast- Two main areas that you focus on is budgeting and scheduling. You will organize your team to set a project annual budget and task schedules. Will also focus on monthly forecast to find out GAP and opportunity.

3. Suggestion and improvement- You need to have the ability to recognize which areas of project need to be improved, especially efficiency and cost control. And identify risks, include operation risk, internal control risk and so on, show information quickly, and support the project manager to manage in an orderly manner.

Requirements:

  1. Graduated with a Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting or similar.

  2. Preferably with experience in finance, project controlling, or accounting.

  3. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

  4. Self-Starter, strong business acumen and analytical / forecasting skills.

  5. High flexibility, able to manage multiple tasks and being target-oriented.

  6. Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization.

  7. Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness.

  8. Fluency in English is required and Chinese (Mandarin) is often a strong asset.
