About the Role

We are seeking a technically skilled Junior Project Analyst to support AI model training initiatives and manage project-related data and operational workflows. The ideal candidate should combine analytical and project coordination skills to track workflows, monitor data quality, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely and accurate project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities related to AI model training, data annotation, QC, and data delivery workflows, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Support data collection, analysis, validation, and quality checks to meet project and training requirements.
• Act as the first-level point of contact for tagger queries, provide process guidance, and escalate complex issues or blockers appropriately.
• Proactively monitor workflows and team activities to identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, process deviations, and potential blockers early.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and cross-functional teams including Project Management, Data Science, Data Ops, and QC to ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, task progress, dependencies, and pending actions across multiple projects.
• Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, dashboards, and MIS using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, filters, conditional formatting, and Power Query.
• Use ClickUp, JIRA, or similar tools for task management, status updates, workflow tracking, and documentation.
• Support tagger onboarding, training, process clarification, performance tracking, and operational continuity during TL absence or delegation.
• Prepare daily/consolidated project reports, maintain operational documentation, and perform benchmarking/analysis as required.
• Identify recurring issues and process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve queries, provide updates, and ensure alignment.
• Strong observational and attention-to-detail skills

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, QC, data operations, or AI/data-related workflows.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency required; Advanced preferred, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, JIRA, or similar project management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and handle operational queries.
• Ability to identify issues proactively, maintain quality, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn AI workflows, tools, processes, and project requirements.
