As our Junior Programmatic & Display Specialist, you’ll play a key part to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of programmatic and display advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in performance marketing and iGaming media buying, who is eager to build technical buying and optimisation skills across display networks and DSPs. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

  • Support the setup, management, and optimisation of programmatic and display campaigns

  • Work with DSPs, display networks, and exchanges to activate and monitor campaigns

  • Assist with creative implementation, testing, and ad format optimisation

  • Monitor performance metrics and help identify trends, issues, and opportunities

  • Support tracking implementation, pixel validation, and reporting accuracy

  • Compile regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders

  • Help manage budgets, pacing, and basic bid adjustments under supervision

  • Ensure campaigns adhere to platform policies and iGaming compliance requirements

  • Stay informed on programmatic trends, ad formats, and industry best practices

What you’ll bring

You’re someone who brings:

  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas

  • A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams to hit shared goals

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work

  • Adaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast‑moving environments

  • Experience or strong academic exposure to digital marketing, programmatic, or display advertising

  • Strong interest in performance marketing and iGaming

  • Basic understanding of display advertising concepts (CPM, CPA, CTR, reach, frequency)

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools

  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends

  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations

  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards

  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies

  • Exposure to DSPs or display platforms (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, Adform, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge of tracking and analytics tools (pixels, GA4, GTM)

  • Understanding of creative formats (banners, rich media, video)

  • Experience in regulated or performance-focused industries
