Your new responsibilities

• Support AI adoption across the global sales organization through training, content creation, and best-practice sharing
• Assist in identifying and implementing AI use cases to improve sales productivity, reporting, and process Efficiency
• Plan and coordinate global product launches together with our technical and commercial marketing Teams
• Co-creation of relevant marketing collateral & training material
• Ensure that brand standards & procedures are maintained and timelines are fulfilled
• Provide & promote content to our internal sales teams and external partners
• Support process integration in our CRM system in order to enhance tracking & reporting
• Assist with maintaining our online platforms with content updates

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Business Economics, Sales & Marketing, or similar field with affinity to technology
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple organizations and stakeholders (Customer, Sales, Business Line, Marketing Communication etc.)
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital tools, and business process improvement
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and with accuracy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
• Very good command of English and solid knowledge of MS-Office
• Start date: immediately or depending on arrangement
• Contract duration: 6 months
• Part-time or full-time possible, with a minimum of 25 hours per week
