SIDE Paris is looking for a Junior Production Manager to help deliver dialogue and voice-production projects for the video games industry.
Working within a small and experienced studio team, you will manage appropriately sized projects while supporting Production Managers on larger, more complex productions. Projects range from independent mobile games to major AAA console titles and may involve recording in English or multiple localised languages.
You will help take productions from the initial client brief through casting, scheduling and recording to final audio delivery. Success in the role means keeping clients, talent, artistic directors, sound engineers and internal teams aligned while protecting quality, deadlines and budgets.
You will turn client briefs into practical production plans, preparing initial cost estimates, recording schedules and the documentation required to begin work.
Throughout production, you will coordinate auditions and recording sessions, organise scripts and assets, book talent and studio resources, and keep clients informed of progress. You will monitor changes to scripts, schedules and requirements, identifying anything that could affect the budget or delivery date before it becomes a problem.
You will also maintain the commercial and administrative foundations of each project, including purchase orders, non-disclosure agreements, talent documentation, cost tracking and final client costs.
On larger projects, you will work alongside experienced Production Managers, supporting client communication, script preparation, session delivery and production tracking. You may also provide cover during periods of absence.
You will need experience in project coordination, production coordination or another role requiring you to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines and changing priorities.
You should be comfortable communicating professionally with clients and external partners, working independently when necessary and contributing practically within a close-knit team. Strong attention to detail is essential, particularly when handling schedules, scripts, contractual documents and financial information.
You will also need:
Experience within video games or game dialogue production would be particularly valuable. Familiarity with casting, recording-studio workflows, dialogue implementation or the Paris voice-talent market would also be advantageous.
French is useful but not mandatory The working language can be English, although some ability to communicate in French would make day-to-day interaction easier. Maxime specifically confirmed that being able to work from Paris is the requirement, not being a native French speaker.
This is an opportunity to build practical production-management experience within a specialist video-game dialogue studio.
You will gain exposure to the complete production lifecycle, including client briefs, costing, casting, talent coordination, recording sessions, audio delivery and commercial tracking. Because the Paris team is small, you will work closely with experienced production and audio professionals and have meaningful involvement in the projects you support.
The environment is collaborative and hands-on. It will suit someone who enjoys solving operational problems, communicating with different personalities and helping creative work move from planning into delivery.
The position is offered as an eight-month fixed-term contract with the potential for renewal.
Regular attendance at the Vanves studio is essential because the role works directly with clients, voice talent, artistic directors and sound engineers. Some remote-working flexibility may be available around operational requirements.
Relocation assistance is not available. Applicants moving to Paris must be able to manage their own relocation and must already hold the legal right to work in France.
