British American Tobacco Croatia has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Production Manager in Kanfanar.

The Cell Manager is responsible for leading the performance, people, and operational excellence of assigned production line(s). The role ensures delivery of production targets while driving continuous improvement, capability development, safety, quality, and cost optimization through effective application of manufacturing systems and best practice.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead production line operations to achieve volume, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce losses, improve productivity, and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team through effective people management and capability building.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize operational performance.
• Lead implementation of Integrated Work System (IWS) tools and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support maintenance activities, investment projects, and operational excellence initiatives within the production area.

What are we looking for?

• Technical degree and relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and EHS standards.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and production management systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Driver's License - mandatory requirement
