Position: Junior Product Marketing Administrator

Location: Portugal – Hybrid position. 3 days per week from our Lisbon office and 2 from home
Experience: This is a junior position. 1-2 years experience will be sufficient
Salary: €21,000 - €24,000 gross per year plus competitive benefits offering

What you will do:

At Workplace Options (WPO) we are building our new Global Product Marketing department — the team that gives our portfolio a single, differentiated voice in the market: globally consistent, locally resonant. The department sits at the intersection of product, sales, and regional marketing, and is the connective tissue of our go-to-market. The successful candidate will be the production engine that brings our strategy to life: turning global positioning into the sales assets our teams use every day. This is a high-impact launchpad for an emerging marketer, with direct exposure to global strategy, regional execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across different countries.
  • Assist with webinars, events, email campaigns.
  • Create and deliver sales decks, one-pagers, and top-of-funnel assets based on our global narrative.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our internal designer to ensure every asset is on-brand, on-message, and on time.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners.
  • Assist our two Senior Product Marketing Managers in executing the go-to-market and campaign plans.
  • Any additional tasks pertinent to the position, as deemed appropriate by management.



Qualifications/Skills:

  • Fluent written and spoken English (our working language). An additional language is a strong plus.
  • Strong writing skills and an eye for clear, compelling messaging.
  • Comfort with presentation and content tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides; design tools like Figma or Canva are a plus).
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage several asset requests in parallel.
  • Curiosity about product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and how global brands operate locally.
