As the Junior Product Marketing Manager, your mission is to support the execution and scaling of product marketing initiatives across our portfolio, with a strong focus on player-facing messaging, app store presence, and live feature communication.
You will play a hands-on role in shaping how our games show up in the app stores and at key product moments, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful messaging across Store In-App Events, feature launches, and live-ops beats.
You will own Store In-App Events end-to-end and support broader go-to-market execution in close collaboration with Product, Publishing, Growth, and Creative teams.
This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing.
Store In-App Events Ownership
Own the end-to-end execution of Store In-App Events across platforms (Apple App Store & Google Play)
Plan, create, and publish Store In-App Events aligned with product updates, live-ops beats, and promotions
Partner with Product, Live Ops, and Creative teams to define messaging, timing, and visual requirements
Ensure Store In-App Events reflect product priorities, player motivations, and seasonal beats
Track performance and extract learnings to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion continuously
GTM & Launch Support
Support GTM execution for features, live-ops events, and content updates
Prepare briefs, timelines, checklists, and internal documentation for launches
Ensure messaging is consistently applied across store, UA, and community touchpoints
Coordinate inputs and approvals across cross-functional teams
Support launch retrospectives and documentation of best practices
Messaging & Brand Consistency Support
Apply approved messaging frameworks, narratives, and brand guidelines across executions
Support copywriting and adaptation of player-facing messaging for store and product beats
Help maintain internal documentation for product positioning, personas, and narratives
Flag inconsistencies or execution risks early to the Head of Product Marketing
Insights, Performance & Learning
Monitor the performance of Store In-App Events and key beats
Support post-launch analysis and documentation of learnings and best practices
Work with Analytics and Growth teams to understand key KPIs and performance drivers
Help turn insights into actionable recommendations for future campaigns
1–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, Publishing, or a related role (gaming preferred)
Strong interest in mobile games, live-ops, and player behavior
Basic understanding of app stores and mobile game ecosystems
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in execution
Strong written communication skills with a player-first mindset
Willingness to learn and grow into a broader Product Marketing role
Experience with mobile F2P games
Basic familiarity with ASO, Store In-App Events, or UA concepts
Experience working with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Confluence, or Jira
Interest in brand, positioning, and player psychology
