The Role:
As a Junior Product Manager for Toys at Public, you will support the Product Management team in driving the development, launch, and promotion of our toy products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and procurement to ensure that our toy range meets customer needs and business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to grow in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the management of the toy product portfolio, from planning to execution
· Support the launch of new toy products, including coordination with suppliers, marketing, and sales teams
· Monitor product performance and analyze sales trends to provide actionable insights
· Help prepare product briefs, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders
· Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and product positioning
· Participate in competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation
· Ensure product compliance with safety regulations and internal quality standards
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the purchasing department of a commercial company
· Strong interest in toys, games, and the retail industry
· Analytical mindset and attention to detail
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
· Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
· Fluency in English (written and spoken)
