Hiring Position: Junior Product Manager (Open to Candidates from the Philippines Only)

Working Condition: Hybrid Working (3 Days at Office, 2 Days from Anywhere)
Location: BGC: The Arthaland, Manila
Pay Rate: PHP 100,000 to PHP 130,000

About the Role:

Our client, a regional unicorn in Southeast Asia with a strong presence in consumer finance across Indonesia and Vietnam, is entering the Philippine market. They are seeking a Junior Product Manager to support the development and launch of their core product in this new market. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in product management while contributing to a high-growth company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer behavior, and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in developing ideas to enhance market share, improve customer experience, and boost conversion rates.
• Write clear product specifications, conduct scenario analyses, and translate strategies into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to prioritize and implement product features.
• Support product launch activities and serve as a product advocate to build understanding and alignment across teams.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related fields, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of SQL and ability to use it effectively for data analysis and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage projects effectively, and take ownership of deliverables.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for creating impactful products.
