Your new role

As Junior Product Manager, you will take 360° responsibility for a brand – from shaping strategy to driving execution. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will support and lead brand-driven marketing activities, work with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure your brand reaches the patients who need it most.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Support and lead the development and execution of product strategies and life‑cycle plans, including tactical roll‑out, tracking milestones and updating the cross‑functional team.
  • Conducting market analytics to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions and tactical planning, i.e. lead creation and management of promotional materials,
    digital content and medical education materials in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Leading brand communication and product marketing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Designing and executing digital and omnichannel marketing campaigns using OCM/OCE platforms
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapting quickly as business priorities shift
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Using AI-based tools and project management platforms to optimize brand performance
  • Coordinate external vendors and agencies (creative, media, market research) including briefs, timelines and quality control.
  • Support training and enablement for field teams and internal stakeholders by preparing materials and participating in training sessions

You will be part of the Customer Strategy unit,Marketing Team that passionately serves the needs of patients by shaping, building and executing on an industry-leading pipeline. By relentlessly focusing on collaboration, and scientific and operational excellence in everything we do, we aim to fulfill the potential of our product pipeline of innovative medicines for the future. This is an exciting time to join us as we expand our activities dynamically in rare diseases and beyond. This role reports to Head of Marketing.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to make an impact.

You will bring with you:

  • Education: Master’s degree in life sciences, marketing, business, pharmacy or related field. A postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with product marketing, or portfolio marketing withing pharmaceutical commercial or healthcare environment
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance and promotional regulations (e.g., local industry codes, national guidelines).
  • Commercial acumen: Ability to interpret sales data, market trends and customer needs to contribute to commercial strategies.
  • Strong project management capability with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, timelines and stakeholders
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear materials for diverse audiences (HCPs, sales teams, internal stakeholders).
  • Digital and omnichannel marketing experience, including designing and executing digital campaigns and familiarity with OCM/OCE terminology, Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Native or fluent Polish and strong English comprehension is a must

Equally important, you are a true team player with ability to build relationships across functions (medical, regulatory, sales, market access, external agencies) with strong stakeholder management skills who communicates in an open and professional manner. You are proactive, curious and able to work in a fast‑moving, regulated environment with changing priorities. You are comfortable with feedback and align with Novo Nordisk values and culture.
