To support this growth we currently have an opportunity for Junior Product Manager (Product Specialist)to join the Insurance & Financial Service Product team.
What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the development, launch and optimisation of a defined portfolio of insurance and financial service products, working closely with Senior Product Managers to deliver strong customer and commercial outcomes. You’ll conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy, help shape product requirements and documentation, and coordinate key activities to bring products to market. With a keen eye for performance, you’ll analyse data to identify improvement opportunities, support the development of clear, engaging communications and presentations, and help track the success of product and marketing initiatives. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build strong stakeholder relationships, stay across industry trends, and contribute to innovation initiatives. This role offers valuable exposure across the full product lifecycle, providing an excellent opportunity to learn, grow and build a strong foundation in product management within in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
About You | Mōu
You’re smart, curious and highly organised, with a genuine interest in how products are developed, delivered and improved. You enjoy learning, ask thoughtful questions, and are comfortable working in a structured environment where attention to detail and discipline matter.
You’re a confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to translate information into clear, well‑structured materials for a range of audiences. You’re particularly comfortable using PowerPoint to create concise, professional presentations and summaries, and you take pride in producing high‑quality work.
You bring a proactive, enthusiastic approach and enjoy working collaboratively with others. You’re eager to build your capability, take ownership of your work, and grow your career within product, insurance or financial services. Experience financial services is an advantage but not essential.
Above all, you’re motivated, curious, and keen to make an impact while continuing to learn.
