As a Junior Product Manager, you will support the development and execution of product plans, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful product performance in a competitive market.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of product strategies and marketing plans
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
• Support product lifecycle management, including product launches and updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and training content
• Monitor product performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree will be considered as a plus
• 2 years minimum of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to travel
• For male candidates, completion of mandatory military service obligations
