Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated
Junior Product Manager
to join our product team. This role is designed for
MBA graduates (mandatory)
who also hold a
bachelor’s degree in Biopharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related scientific fields
. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen with scientific knowledge to support product development, strategy, and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • 
    Support senior product managers in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • 
    Contribute to aligning product initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
• 
  Requirement Gathering & Analysis
  • 
    Collect and analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor insights.
  • 
    Translate scientific and healthcare knowledge into actionable product features.
• 
  Agile Product Development
  • 
    Assist in backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization of features.
  • 
    Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain product documentation.
• 
  Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • 
    Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver product features.
  • 
    Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely product releases and updates.
• 
  Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • 
    Track product performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
  • 
    Provide insights to improve product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• 
  Product Launch & Communication
  • 
    Support product launches, training sessions, and stakeholder communication.
  • 
    Assist in preparing product presentations, demos, and marketing collateral.

Qualifications

• 
  MBA (knowledge
  or exposure to those domains Biopharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Information Technology preferred)
• 
  Bachelor’s degree in
  Biopharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related scientific fields
  .
• 
  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 
  Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 
  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills

  Interest in healthcare technology, biopharma innovations, or IT-driven product solutions.
• 
  Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
