Analyze customer feedback (B2B and B2C) and apply insights to product development
Participate in the development of new products and packaging design, as well as the continuous improvement of existing products
Develop and improve product user instructions and product labels
Conduct Product-Market Fit analysis
Calculate product pricing (RRP) and prepare sales forecasts
Collaborate with production, marketing, sales teams, and third parties
Support the launch process of new products on the market
At least 1 year of experience in product management or a similar role
Fluency in English and preferably also Latvian, other languages will be great advantage*
Preferably, higher education in business, marketing, or economics
Ability to effectively use AI tools (e.g., for research, data analysis, content creation, and productivity optimization)
Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments
High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and structured thinking
Openness to change and the ability to adapt in a dynamic and uncertain situations
